Today your child received a permission form for an “in school field trip” called Skating 101. Your child will be skating each time they are scheduled for PE starting November 13th thru December 3rd .
The cost of the in school field trip is $10 per student which covers the skate and safety equipment rental fee. They will have the chance to skate several times and will have so much fun!
Please completely fill out the permission form and enclose 10 dollars cash no later than Tuesday, October 30th. Incomplete forms will be returned. Be sure to include your child’s name, homeroom teacher and grade.
Due to the timeline of ordering the skates, late forms will not be accepted.
If you would like to sponsor a child that may not be able to afford the rental fee, it would greatly be appreciated! No child will be turned away due to not having the funds; however EACH child MUST turn in a permission slip.

**We need parent volunteers during 4th and 5th grade PE classes to assist students with their skates and safety gear** (4th-9:45-10:30/5th-2:00-2:45) The more parent volunteers we have, the more skate time the students will get!
A volunteer list will be sent out via email in the next week or so.
