Conferences

We have had a very high demand for conferences and were trying to figure out the easiest way to notify people of their time slots and if they needed to choose an alternate day/time for their conference.

We decided to go with a sign up genius, and the link is below. We took the forms as they came in on a first come, first serve basis, but we cannot fit everyone who responded on the first day into the schedule on October 11. Those we could fit in, have already been added to the sign-up sheet. Please follow the link to find out your time (we will also be sending hard copies of your official time in the Tuesday folders next week).

If you do not see your name, we were unable to accommodate you. Phone conferences are also not listed. If you would like a conference and a time was not given to you, please sign up for one of the alternate times or dates.

If you would like a phone conference, choose a time that works for you, and when you sign up, add “phone” to the comments section. We will look up your number here. Please!... do not post your number to the live web site.


If you just want a basic update (DRA score, grades, etc) and don’t feel like you need to see us face-to-face, shoot me an email, and we can send a conference sheet with this information home in the Tuesday folder.
